Scheduler is a software package that allows you to manage your company production planning in the best possible way, taking account of all the key factors determining production capacity: shifts, machine productivity, production cycles, JIT components and materials and any other information needed to create a production plan.

It immediately displays a Gantt diagram showing the status of orders in progress, their impact on the production plan, providing the operator with a wealth of information, enabling the proposed solution to be analysed. It is simple to see the machine load, orders overrunning their delivery dates, the way the machines have been set up, hours of inactivity and production stoppages in relation to the work schedule.

Information processing is governed by an advanced heuristic research algorithm that manages the data entered into the system in an analytical way. The end result is an optimised production plan based on the most appropriate logic for each production department whose specifications and parameters can be individually set.

Managing bottle necks is no longer a problem. The system manages production programming in that department, then updates the other plans accordingly.

The set-up procedure allows you to define operating strategies with the configuration module, acting directly on individual production levers, and thus, by simulating different scenarios, it can verify the impact on planning.

When setting up the work timetable, it is possible to assign operating times machine by machine, thus dividing the production capacity of individual departments. Machine sections can be followed on the appropriate screens, from which their operating parameters can be checked.

Once the set-up has been calibrated the scheduler can be launched to process the result obtained: the reporting interface, the machinery load and the analysis tools will supply all the information necessary for the operator to confirm the proposed solution.

The scheduler is also capable of taking into account the raw materials required for the schedule, and a glance at the appropriate screen will show the daily progress of individual components with a list of samples taken at various stages in the production process.
