Data management is achieved with the BIVISION Server module that extracts all the significant information required for statistical analysis. This information is fed into the database containing all the other data, perfectly archived for statistical analysis by Olap-Service.

The operation of extracting and processing the data can be carried out automatically or manually at regular timed intervals.

The user can access the BIVISION Client module that uses the Olap motor to convert the information necessary for navigating the corporate data.

The function of this module is to convert requests for navigation, data bursts, reporting etc. from the user in the SQL/MDX commands to the underlying level: a scheduling motor, in timed sequences, prepares the data that need to be updated regularly and display them to the user who has requested them.

Still at the client level, the application software manages the various components of the interface as a cube-browser, graphics, statistical indicators and reporting tools.

A cube-browser is simply a set of data existing in the dimensions that identify it, it is possible to move the cube, putting the data in any order, bringing them together or compacting them according to the one or more dimensions required, using the drill-down and drill-through operations.
